New “Of The Moment” menu items for the summer!
Salmon Biscuit – A fresh baked biscuit topped with local heirloom tomatoes, two eggs, smoked salmon, capers, and house-made fines herbes Hollandaise sauce.
Blueberry-Lemon French Toast – Brioche French Toast topped with a sauce of local blueberries, topped with lemon mousse and oat crumbles.
Heirloom Tomato Bruschetta – Local heirloom tomatoes, crispy bacon and herbed chevre on toasted baguette bread, drizzled with a Balsamic vinegar reduction. Served with two eggs cooked your way.
